
Wednesday turned out to be a pretty good day as far as eating and exercising go.
Kelly and I did our excerise ball/ab routine along with the Sun Salutation. We really screwed up the inhale/exhale thing but think we should get the moves down before we worry about that part. My neck and back still feel pretty good so who knows!
Kevin made a great dinner of grilled chicken sandwiches and a spinach salad with homemade dressing! I had half of the bun with the chicken and the salad. We were busy with homework and ice skating lessons so I didn't need have time or really want a bedtime snack!
I made chicken salad last night and brought the spinach salad for lunch today so I won't have my boring lunch that I usually have!
I'm hoping for a workout at the Y tonight or in the a.m. and will be ready for my weigh-in in the morning.
